As the capital,
the city of Olympia serves as the hub of government
administration for the state of Washington as well as providing

the Puget Sound area. With that said, it must be recognized that

Olympia has dedicated

in the United States.

art galleries and alternative playhouses. The city is certainly
diverse. It is as famous for its somewhat traditional,
International Film Festival as it is for nurturing such
movements as the feminist, “riot grrl” movement.
Still for all its
quirkiness, the city is family and business friendly. The
schools and resources for children are among the best in the
country. Businesses pay a relatively low 2% of less and
individuals pay no state income tax at all. In total, Olympia
offers many advantages for anyone interested in combing work,
play and love.
